Young man wanted for indecency

POLICE are looking for a young man who committed an “act of indecency” against a woman in Higgins last night.

Police afp cops-0021The woman was jogging on Fullagar Crescent opposite the Higgins shops at around 7.10pm, when a young man ran up behind her and “committed an act of indecency” before she managed to pull free, police say.

The offender is described as approximately 18 years of age and 5’5” (160cm) tall, with a slim build and a dark complexion. He was wearing a black basketball singlet with red numbers on it.
