Another fine collection of shopping trolleys within sight of the Legislative Assembly

WITHOUT fail my weekly circumnavigation of the Legislative Assembly has turned up abandoned shopping trolleys, this week three of them.

At least they’re no longer blocking the doors to the building. Progress of a sort.
