Another Monday, another abandoned shopping trolley within sight of the Assembly

IN June I was shocked by the miniscule numbers of abandoned shopping trolleys caught up by Canberra’s rangers.

And so I’ve taken to making a Monday morning ritual of strolling around the Legislative Assembly to see if there are any shopping trolleys within sight of the seat of Government in the ACT.

I am rarely disappointed.
