DICKSON Library has been declared Canberra’s favourite as part of the deliberations for the most loved Library in Australia.

“Over 223,760 people voted in Australia’s Favourite Library competition, an Australian Library and Information Association initiative, and we would like to thank everyone who voted for Dickson Library,” said Director of Libraries ACT Vanessa Little.

“Dickson Library was in the running against four other ACT libraries and it is fantastic to see that it has been recognised as a great public library service.”

The announcement kicks off Library and Information Week.
