No end to Civic’s shopping trolleys

Shocked by the tiny numbers of abandoned shopping trolleys caught by the ACT Government’s rangers I now make a point of venturing around Civic on a Monday morning looking for trolleys parked within sight of the ACT Legislative Assembly.

Rarely does this stroll go unrewarded, today there were two different dumping spots.
