SATURDAY might have been a terrible day for weddings (weather wise at least) but the forecast for the next week is classic Canberra winter weather.
Chris Gleeson took the above photo of his frosty lawn this morning, but the weather is sunny, clear, and heading to comfortable temperatures.
The forecast for the rest of the week is for near zero overnight temperatures with partly cloudy to sunny days and maximums in the high teens.
With the autumn leaves putting on a great show it’s a wonderful week to be in Canberra as long as your house is warm.
