Registrations close tomorrow for low-cost residencies at Playing Field Studio, a multi-purpose arts studio located in Kingsley Street, Civic.
With the ultimate aim of enhancing the well-being of individuals, the studio is offering three one week sessions at the studio from January 5 to 23 at reduced rates for students, artists and community members whose work aligns with the aims and objectives of the studio, which provides creative opportunities for members of the community who don’t have access to mainstream art programs.
Playing Field Studio offers a pathway for community members to reconnect with the creative arts and participate in the life of our community.
Artists are invited to nominate an amount they can afford. Students, emerging artists and individuals on limited income are encouraged to apply. Applications close tomorrow, Thursday December 11.
