Just the one fine for having an un-desexed cat in recent years

SOMEONE has sought information under FOI about the numbers of fines handed out for un-desexed cats and dogs in recent years.

Intriguingly while reasonable numbers of fines for dogs have been handed out in the years in question, there’s just the one fine for a cat.

It seems unlikely this is reflective of the numbers out there in the community?
