The march of the shopping trolleys across Civic Square goes on

While Canberra’s rangers struggle to find any shopping trolleys I seem to have no problem coming across them right out in front of the Legislative Assembly.

Quite how and why they end up in Civic Square is a bit of a mystery, are our elected leaders dumping the things themselves after doing a spot of shopping?
