AS we resign ourselves to another week of labouring we present another dose of awful parking in and around Canberra.

To round things out I found this ACT Government vehicle proudly occupying a no parking space behind the Canberra Theatre.
I like to think the Government employee who had parked illegally walked past the dumped shopping trolleys without giving them any thought at all.
