TERRITORY and Municipal Services have advised what they will and won’t be doing over the Easter break.
Garbage:
Friday’s Garbage collections will take place on Saturday.
All the tips will be closed on Good Friday but open the rest of the weekend.
Libraries
The Libraries are for the most part closed over all four days.
Belconnen, Dickson, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong and Woden branches will open from 12 pm to 4 pm on Sunday.
Return chutes will be available at Tuggeranong, Woden and Dickson.
Buses
ACTION will be running on a Sunday timetable over all four days.
Animal Services
The DAS shelter will be closed on Friday 18, Sunday 20, Monday 21 and Friday 25 April 2014. The shelter will be open on Saturday 19 April 2014 between 10 am and 3 pm as per normal operating hours.
Emergency after-hour services for dog attacks or injured dogs and cats are available by contacting Canberra Connect on 13 22 81.
