CHILDCARE provider, Only About Children (Oac) has announced the sale of its three Canberra centres to publicly listed company Affinity Education Group, effective August 29.

Oac’s Fraser Cleghorn says their growth plan is committed to providing quality early learning and preschool services within Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan locations.

“Whilst we could not grow significantly more in Canberra, we see tremendous growth potential in Melbourne so are reallocating our capital into this market,” Fraser said.

“We believe that focusing on the metropolitan areas of Sydney and Melbourne, together with our aim to develop truly 21st century environments, will support our vision to be the world leading early childhood provider.”
