Public Trustees Office fraud raid nets cannabis and hydroponics

ACT Policing Criminal Investigations Fraud detectives executed a search warrant yesterday (Sunday, May 4), as part of an ongoing investigation relating to the ACT Public Trustees Office.

Detectives executed the search warrant at a residence in Richardson with a number of documents, electronic equipment, small amount of cannabis and hydroponics equipment seized.

Pending examination of the material seized and information received, police anticipate further interviews with persons of interest.

The investigation into the matter is ongoing with possible charges to be laid at a later date.
