THE sentencing by Chief Justice Murrell of one Moustafa Negro and his accomplice Nabel Quzag is an interesting read.
The pair plead guilty to growing 98 cannabis plants in a four bedroom Macgregor house.
Already under police surveillance flooding apparently caused by a fault in their irrigation forced the police to intervene.
For their troubles the pair have received 100 hours community service and a good behaviour order respectively.
