ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an assault which occurred in Civic on Saturday morning (July 26).

About 6am police were called to East Row after receiving a report of an assault. A person of interest has been identified in relation to this matter.

A number of witnesses were in the vicinity and may be able to identify this POI. Police are urging those witnesses to come forward.

Police would urge the man pictured or anyone who knows the man to please contact ACT Policing on 131 444.

He is described as being approximately 178cm (5’10”) tall, with a slim build, black hair and lightly tanned.
