ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a collision which occurred in Kambah on Saturday (22 November) involving a motorcycle and bicycle.

About 8:30pm a cyclist was riding in a northerly direction on the bike path located behind the sports centre on Jenke Circuit, Kambah when he collided head on with a motorcycle travelling south on the same bike path.

Following the collision the motorcyclist sped from the scene leaving the cyclist with a fractured leg.

The motorcycle is described as a full size trail motorbike with no plates. The rider of the motorcycle was wearing a black full face helmet.

Anyone who may have seen the collision or has any information that can assist police in its investigations is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
