ACT Policing is appealing for any witnesses to a single vehicle collision that occurred on Friday, November 7, in Franklin.

About 3pm, a blue Holden Astra was driving northbound along Gungahlin Drive, between Wells Station Road and Kosciusko Avenue, when it crossed to the other side of the road and came to a stop on the nature strip.

Initial reports indicate a second vehicle may have been involved, a blue Mazda BT50, prior to the Holden driver losing control.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or any dangerous driving activity in the lead up to the collision to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
