As seen on London Circuit. Truth in rebranding from the the Commonwealth Bank?

“CityNews” was somewhat taken aback when we noticed the Commonwealth Bank’s signage outside the London Circuit branch is adorned by sharp spikes.

We presume this is more intended to stop pigeons making their own improvements to the sign, but are left wondering how well it meshes with the branding documentation.
