A slight speed dip for the Naas Road

80

ROADS ACT is advising residents and visitors that the speed limit for a section of Naas Road in front of the Namadgi National Park Visitor Centre will be lowered from 100 kilometres per hour to 80 kilometres per hour.

The reduction in speed for this short section of road will improve safety for members of the public visiting the centre and regular users of the road.

Work to change to signs will start on Friday 5 September 2014.

Variable message signs will be in place on Naas Road one week before the change and one week after the signage work has been installed advising motorist of the new speed limit.
