ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery in Weston last night.

About 7.30pm two men were walking along Trennery Street (near Cooleman Court) when they were approached by four males walking from the opposite direction.

One of the males has produced a knife and the two men have attempted to run from the scene. The offender with the knife has grabbed hold of one of the two men throwing him to the ground dislodging his wallet and mobile phone from his pocket.

The male offender grabbed the wallet and mobile phone before leaving the location with the other three males.

The victim suffered a fractured arm during the incident.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
