SMOQUE, the Australian American Association (AAA) and the Office for Multicultural Affairs are bringing the first ever BBQ Festival to be held in Canberra to Civic Square on London Circuit.
The first ever Canberra BBQ festival take place on December 5 and 6, and will host local and interstate BBQ masters, food stallholders and entertainers. It promises to be a fun, multicultural flavoured family event with activities for all ages.
The BBQ competition component of this festival is sanctioned by the Australasian BBQ Alliance and will adhere to their stringent guidelines for conducting a BBQ competition.
