ACTEWAGL and Telstra have announced a partnership that paves the way for customers to connect their energy and telecommunication services through one phone call.
“We’re always looking for opportunities to provide our customers with convenient services that save them time and money,” ActewAGL General Manager Retail Ayesha Razzaq said.
“From today, all customers who phone ActewAGL to connect or reconnect their energy needs can also connect to the products and services of one of Australia’s leading phone and broadband providers.”
Telstra Countrywide Area General Manager Chris Taylor believes that the new arrangement offers a unique set of benefits for Telstra customers.
“As the largest local employer of any telco, we understand the importance of providing our customers with the best value products and services and that’s exactly what our partnership with ActewAGL will deliver,” Chris said.
“Customers will have a single point of contact at a local call centre, providing a one-stop, easy and convenient process to connect their essential energy and telco services including electricity, gas, phone and broadband.”
