ACT Policing has seized a further 89 Cannabis plants and more than $20000 in hydroponic equipment from a house in Bonner yesterday (Friday, 17 July).

Information provided by the public led to a search warrant being carried out at a rental property on Mobourne Street which had been privately leased.

The dwelling had been established as a grow house and was identical to the previous grow houses discovered.

This brings the total number of cannabis plants seized through Operation Armscote to 1226 with an estimated street value of more than $7 million.

Police are urging anyone who may have information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.

Police remind people they should not report crime information via Facebook and Twitter pages.
