Banks man to face court over stolen goods and ammunition

A 21 year old Banks man will appear before court today (Thursday, 10 December 2015) after police located ammunition and stolen goods during a search warrant yesterday.

Following the investigation of a series of burglaries, ACT policing conducted a search warrant at an address in Banks. During the search police located and seized a car key, several number plates and a small amount of ammunition.

The offender will face several charges including obtain property by deception, unlawful possession of stolen property and possession of ammunition.
