ComedyACT’s David Graham says, “We are very excited to open the comedy room to complement our very successful long running Comedy Club at the Civic Pub. Canberra is ready for more live comedy.”

The plan is that Comedy at the Uni Pub will run once a month with top headliners and local support acts.

Uni Pub director Peter Dawn says “The success of live Comedy at other pubs and clubs made us very jealous, and we insisted that ComedyACT put on a regular Comedy night at the Uni Pub.”

The latest rumour is that Skywhale will appear on stage at the Uni Pub, but only if  if she can fit into the lift.
