Holt Seven Eleven robbed at knifepoint

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery in Holt on Wednesday (15 July).

About 4.50am, a man entered the Seven Eleven store on Hardwick Crescent, Holt. The man approached the cashier, demanding cash and holding a knife. The offender fled on foot with a sum of cash and cigarettes.

The man was described as being about 180cm (5’11”), wearing a white hat, purple hooded jumper with white stripes, grey tracksuit pants, gardening gloves, and holding a green Woolworths bag.

Police are seeking CCTV footage from the area and investigations are ongoing.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au and quote reference number 5828185. Information can be provided anonymously.

Police remind people they should not report crime information via Facebook and Twitter pages.
