manuka petition

STEVE Doszpot has received a petition from the Manuka Business Association calling for a shuttle bus from the parliamentary zone to Manuka and Kingston during busy from 12 noon to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

The petition received nearly 1800 signatures.

“The ACT government seems to be more focused on light rail than delivering the public transport that people want in Canberra,” Steve said.

“Businesses in Manuka and Kingston tell me they’ve seen a 20 to 30 percent drop in business and I’ll be taking their concerns to the floor of the Legislative Assembly.”
