Please don’t mistake Kambah’s lost pet python for a brown snake

python

THIS just in from the Canberra Lost Pet Database:

SNAKE (LOST): Python missing in KAMBAH. This is not a joke. Despite being brown in color this 2 meter long Olive python is a much loved pet and completely HARMLESS and NON VENOMOUS. Their fear is for his safety considering the usual reaction to “brown snakes ” found. If you see anything day or night contact Peter directly on peter@reptilesinc.com.au or call our shop on 0262312894. This species is mostly nocturnal and likes to climb.
