ACT Policing is investigating two vehicle fires in Watson from Thursday 5 March.
About 12.15am, police were called to Higinbotham Street after receiving reports of two vehicles on fire at the location.
When police arrived, three fire trucks were at the scene and a large crowd had gathered with many reporting they heard an explosion.
ACT Fire and Rescue believe the fires were deliberately lit and the investigation has now passed to police.
Police obtained CCTV footage from Kaleen BP Service Station and wish to speak to the man pictured.
Anyone who has information about the fires or can identify the man in the picture is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
