Accessory to murder charge following Stuart Flats death

A 48-year-old Griffith man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday, March 31) charged with accessory to murder.

The man has been charged as an accessory after the fact to the murder of a 46-year-old man. The victim’s body was found at Stuart Flats in Griffith on 29 February.

The police investigation into the Griffith homicide is ongoing.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information that could assist the investigation and has not yet spoken to police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Please quote reference 5929108. Information can be provided anonymously.
