A 93-year-old Chapman woman has today (Friday, 3 June 2016) succumbed to injuries sustained in a collision in Curtin last month (Wednesday, 4 May 2016) and has passed away in The Canberra Hospital.

ACT Policing responded to a report of a collision at the Curtin shops, where a driver had reversed and collided with two stationary vehicles.

The woman received injuries in the collision and was transported to The Canberra Hospital.

The woman is the third person to die on an ACT road this year.

ACT Policing’s Traffic Operations Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team will prepare a report for the Coroner.
