Man charged over Melba hit and run

A 43-year-old male has been identified as the alleged offender for the hit and run collision that occurred in Melba on Thursday 28 January 2016.

He will be charged with not stopping and giving assistance as well as other traffic offences and will be summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court.

ACT Policing would like to thank the Canberra community for their assistance in providing valuable information that assisted in identifying the offender.
