IT’S a truly grotty day in the national capital when the temperature can’t crawl over 10 degrees.
On that basis the Bureau of Meteorology predicts some misery.
The next day we’ll see the temperature over 10 is forecast to be Monday (just).
On the bright side the days are starting to get longer.
