Model railway expo rolls again in 2016!

MODEL trains under digital control with a Tablet will be a feature of the Canberra Model Railway Expo to be held next Saturday and Sunday (April 2-3) at UC High School in Kaleen.

Digital wonders aside, kids can really get into the fun driving model trains on the Club’s U-Drive train layout.

The Canberra Model Railway Expo will feature a total of 25 operating model train layouts, displays and clinics, as well as stalls for specialist model train suppliers.

Refreshments will be available.

The UC High School Kaleen’s operating train layout at the Expo will feature Queanbeyan station and rail yard in the early 1970s.

Times: 2 April from 9am-5pm and 3 April from 9am-4pm.
Entry: adults $20; family ticket $25; children/seniors $5.
Location: UC High School Kaleen, 104 Baldwin Drive, Kaleen.
