With the idea of supporting ‘beyondblue’ and helping fight depression in Australian farmers, “April in Paris”  will see 40  professional artists take audiences for a trip through Gay Paree and beyond into the lush French countryside,  travelling with Saint-Saëns, Debussy, Bizet, Ravel, Gounod, Offenbach and Gershwin,

This is the second concert in the ensemble’s 2016 ‘beyondblue’ series and the very French sound, Symphony members say, is one of passion, grandeur, Ooh La La, and “a certain je ne sais quoi.”

“April in Paris” at The Street Theatre, 7.30pm, Wednesday April 13, bookings to thestreet.org.au or 6247 1223.
