Police seek Waramanga troublemaker

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to two disturbances which occurred in Waramanga on Tuesday 19 January 2016.

About 6pm, police received a report that a man walking near Nemarang Street, Waramanga, had an aggressive verbal altercation with a cyclist riding on the footpath. The same man then had a second altercation with a person walking a dog in the area.

The man was described as being aged in his late 30s to 40s, about 5’11” to 6’3” (180cm to 190cm) tall, of a lean build, with tanned skin and short fair hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black sleeves, shorts and carrying a green shopping bag.

Police are seeking witnesses to these incidents, or any other disturbance involving a man of this description in Waramanga on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday 19 January.
