ACT Fire & Rescue with the assistance of electricians have not been able to determine the cause of the smell of smoke. A second opinion was sought out from Richtek Electrical in Perth. The environment was quite stressful and we thank everyone’s patience.

Atmospheric monitoring has been conducted returning a clear result and so people have now been allowed to returned to the building.
