Toddler stuck in a sink

ambulance

ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue have responded to an incident in Macgregor this afternoon involving a four year old child’s finger stuck in a sink.

Firefighters have removed part of the sink, while still attached to the finger so the child could be assessed by intensive care paramedics before being transported to The Canberra Hospital in a stable condition, for ongoing treatment.

Crews were alerted to the incident just after 3:30pm.
