A MAN was pulled over in Phillip yesterday (March 5) after a police officer saw him drinking from a large brown bottle while driving.
The 40-year-old man was arrested at about 4.30pm and charged with consuming alcohol as a driver or driver trainer, driving with a suspended licence and he was given a first instant warrant.
He will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court this morning (March 6).
