Update: Firefighters tackle grass fire at Paddy’s River

FIREFIGHTERS are working to extinguish a grass fire burning at Freshford road, Paddy’s River. 
The fire, which is located near Freshford Equestrian Centre, is about 50 metres by five-metres in size and is being controlled.ACT ESA say the fire burning at a slow rate and is heading in a east direction.


Update: 5.20pm

The grassfire has now been extinguished.
