Man arrested after threatening to kill

A MAN has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill a person in a family violence incident. 

The 28-year-old will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (February 27), charged with forcible confinement, common assault, a reckless threat to kill a person, and recklessly and intentionally inflicting actual bodily harm.
