Armed 15-year-old boy threatens supermarket staff

A 15-year-old boy is facing court charged with possessing an offensive weapon with intent and possessing a prohibited firearm.

Police were called to Mitchell at 11.50am yesterday (September 6) following reports of a teenager threatening supermarket staff with a knife.

Police allege the teenager stole alcohol, threatened staff with a knife and was carrying a prohibited firearm.
