‘Arsonist’ destroys Conder home overnight

A WOMAN has been charged with arson after a home in Conder was completely destroyed by a fire last night (November 21).

Police and firefighters were called to the fire on Eaglemont Retreat in Conder, at about 9.15pm, to find the home blazing. A property next door was also damaged by smoke.

A 31-year-old was arrested at the scene and will face one count of arson in the ACT Magistrates Court.
