MORPHETT Street is closed in both directions between Moncrieff Street and Guthrie Street due to a house fire in Dickson.
ACT Fire & Rescue are working to extinguish the fire on Moncrieff Street.
Firefighters have conducted a secondary search and the property is unoccupied.
The community is advised to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
