Man found in gully on Mount Ainslie

A MAN was left lying in a gully for several hours on Mount Ainslie after he crashed his vehicle.

Walkers found the man, 20, at about 7am on Sunday (February 10) near his vehicle off Mount Ainslie Drive.

Police believe the collision occurred at about midnight on Saturday night.

The man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Police are asking witnesses to contact them on 131 444 or via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website using reference number 6350384.
