LOWANNA Street and Dooring Street have reopened after emergency services were forced to close them because of an apartment fire this morning (September 10).
Firefighters extinguished the fire at an apartment building on Lowanna Street and have completed ventilation and atmospheric monitoring.
Residents can now return to the building.
