A 42-year-old man is facing charges of indecency against a 91-year-old female patient in a Weston nursing home.
Police allege that the man, from Frenchs Forest, in NSW, was working as a carer at the home and that at 12.50pm on Friday, May 1, another carer saw the man allegedly commit an act of indecency against the patient.
Following a police investigation, which included forensic and DNA testing, the man was charged with one count of indecent assault.
