Drunk driver crashes into police station fence

A MAN has been charged with high-range drink driving after he crashed his car into a police station fence in Goulburn early this morning (March 5).

Shortly after 1am, the 27-year-old man crashed his black Skoda Hatch into the gutter and the front fence of Goulburn Police Station.

Officers from the station spoke to the driver and four male occupants before arresting the man, who returned a positive breath analysis reading of 0.171.

The man will face charges at Goulburn Local Court.

No one was injured as a result of the crash.
