Half a kilo of cocaine found in gold Merc

ABOUT 500 grams of cocaine with a street value of $385,000 was found when police searched a gold Mercedes during a vehicle stop on Sutton Raod, Kowen yesterday (May 5).

The AFP Canine Team helped in the car search and a 30-year-old Queanbeyan East man was arrested and later charged with trafficking in a controlled drug.
