Hughes man found with child abuse material

A HUGHES man was arrested yesterday (May 20) after police found him in possession of child abuse material. 

The arrest of the 59-year-old came after police searched his home and seized electronic devices, which will be further examined.

The man was charged with one count of possessing child abuse material, and will appear at the ACT Magistrates court.
